Pulsations Bezel EW and Soyuz

The pulsations bezel EW 105.003-65 (link #1) sold today on the bay for GBP 7,700/ USD 10,219 and the Soyuz 145.022-69 (linke #2) for GBP 6,111/ USD 8,110 - both from the same UK based seller. Does the new owner call OF home? Thoughts on whether either was a deal?

I think that the price of the EW is commensurate with the condition.

Considering what people would have me beleive pulsation bezels are worth, that would have me think the EW was a deal.
As for the Soyuz...
