Nice! Green and blue are my favorite fun pairings for gold. I had a lovely dark blue Saffiano from Veblanist that I stupidly gave to a friend on a Seamaster.

Most vintage conquests are 18mm, this reference 9045 is a very annoying 18.5mm

Perhaps US 3/4"?

Fabulous watch. Darn near perfect.

Very nice Conquest. Because it is solid gold, the dial has not deteriorated.
