The description of the watch in the offer is detailed and, in my opinion, accurate. I think the price is okay. You can sometimes get these models cheaper from private sellers on eBay, but the pictures are usually poor, so it's a bigger risk. I have just bought a watch from Harry, it was as described and the transaction was very good - if you like it, you can buy it with a clear conscience. But that's just my opinion...

If you like this reference of Constellation it looks to be a very good example.

These references were much cheaper not that long ago but fetch this kind of price now.

Worth finding out it’s service status.
It’s possibly had a bit of rotor rub and had the rotor replaced but that doesn't mean it doesn’t need a service.

It does need a 19mm strap.

I really like this reference it was my first vintage watch, worn by my father. Very clean and classic look. Case is really good you might find a cheaper one but not likely in this condition, and just serviced from a known solid OF dealer. Hope it works out!!
