Here is my Seamaster (2232.80.00). I wore this almost 12 years straight. Owned about 19 years.

Titanium wears and feels great. Unit takes a lot of scuffing.

oh, that hurts the heart a bit. Still, I love that watch. Did it hurt at first? (man, I love that watch)

This is the Watch I've owned since new, bought in 99 (it's still not vintage, so it must be modern) - it's been diving (oops several times), been out drinking (hard) 250 times, fallen off a bike 5 or so times, been up Annapurna (not all the way though), it was with me when I proposed to my wife and been at the birth of my two kids and been to a fair few weddings and funerals. It's not been babied, it's not been polished, it's not been repaired........but it's mine and it's still in pretty good nick, a few dings around the bezel, a few scratches on the lugs but it's had a life, a good life. Enjoy those watches!
