Do you know the reference #? I'd guess that it has the cal. 23Z?

I've seen that dial on a early-mid 60's manual, which leads me to believe this watch is from that period. The sub-dial automatic movement would either be a 350 or 352. A similar model is the 2671 World's Fair with triple bar at 12,3,6,9 and the double bar for the other hour markers. That can be found at vintagewatchresources.com, and that was a 60's watch. It has some variations on the crown inset into the dial, etc. A caseback shot would help, as much of the 60's casebacks started to look different from the 50's.

It was sold as "serviced" However most of us know on eBay serviced means running horribly haha. Running 120 seconds slow a day 🙁

The name T.R. Russell of Liverpool engraved should be the retailer. It was common at a time to print the retailer’s name on the dial or to engrave his name on the movement.
