Ok, could we stay on (omega) topic here? God, these are beautiful. Me ADD is out of control. Regards. Bill
I noticed that I haven't posted on this thread in a while. Since the last time, I've had a few more Longines acquisitions: 1936 Driver's watch with flexible lugs: Early trench watch with 0-size 1904 dated Lingines movement mated to American made sterling silver case: 1957 Longines All-Guard with unusual black dial: And the latest, early 1970's 18K Ultra-Chron Chonometer: Take care all, gatorcpa
Another one of my "Fab Suisse" dial Flagships. This one with pink gold hands and markers, a contrasting look that I like very much in steel cases.
Yes, because he's in line after me...... and probably a few others..... besides waiting for you to even consider selling it.
You've got to be kidding, There's a 'line'?! That means the youngest guy 'may' get it if he outlives the others, from what I gather, and then, they might have to be mentioned in the will? PM SENT!!
Very recently bitten by the Longines bug, bought the Twenty-Four Hours reissue on the spot. Date aperture bugs me but I couldn't walk away from it. Max
It's big no doubt but the caseback isn't perfectly flat so I never feel the watch clinging. And despite it's size and being made of steel, it's not a very heavy watch to begin with. The strap is also ridiculously soft and comfortable. The only genuine complaint I have is for the position of the date window. Max
