From the dead...
I bought one a year ago (March 2019). It was from ebay. No case, but complete otherwise including the crown and the original split stem. Extremely clean, and was attached to a 218-27.

·Is the back of your dial black in color? Or is it the picture? This particular dial has a tight gap between the top of the vertical line and the bottom of geneve. Here are some of the pictures I took of my watch dial.
