Good evening everyone.

I recently bought a Polerouter S 20217-8, but the dial is really worn out, so I would like to replace it.

Does anyone have any suggestions for research?

Thanks in advance.

Buonasera a tutti
Di recente ho acquistato un Polerouter S 20217-8, ma il quadrante è davvero "vecchio" e quindi vorrei sostituirlo.
Qualcuno ha qualche suggerimento per la ricerca?
Grazie in anticipo.
Valentino

Ciao, Valentino. Can we see a photo of the watch? Once you have 200 posts, you may want to post a request here : https://omegaforums.net/forums/wanted-to-buy/

Tired dials on the Broad Arrow references are not uncommon because I think the radium can degrade the dial.

Does your watch still have the original lume in the marker ring and hands?

I'm not sure it will be easy to find a replacement dial. You could perhaps find an S20217-1 reference and swap dials? Apologies to those that regard this as sacrilege.

in the meantime, thanks for the answers.

unfortunately the dial is ruined by a clumsy attempt at cleaning (?), the radio has been completely dismantled and replaced with I don't know what, but the work is terrible and I have already spoken to my watchmaker for a faithful restoration... alternatively I found an original internal bezel made of never used radio. As you can see the case and case back are in excellent health, only a nice dial is missing (black obviously)

I welcome suggestions

Ma in inglese, no? Almeno per rispetto di chi ci ospita.

But in English, no? At least out of respect for our hosts
