Just from the feel it felt more comfortably than the 8500 ironically.

    Many thanks.
    Pretty hefty, isn't it?
The problem with Ti is the grey-orange color. But at 217g... oh well [emoji849]

My 35.5 POC laughs at your 217! 10% or so more.

Honestly the weight is not as bad as it sounds you get used to it very quickly. image.jpg

Well I'm not a small guy but when I owned PO 8500 45.5 it was tiresome.

The 43.5 8900 wears much better on the wrist than the 45.5 8500. First, obviously, is the smaller case diameter. But the bigger reason is the caseback. The 8500 POs exhibition caseback had the flat sapphire but the steel ring was a simple and chunky design that beveled at an angle, thus on the wrist the contact area was pretty small which made the heavy and high watch shake more than usual. The new casebacks have the flat sapphire, but the steel ring has a more intricate, flatter and flowing design, so there's a larger and curvier surface that makes contact with the wrist. With the greater contact surface the watch doesn't move around as much.
See pic here (not mine) for comparison:

Also, the micro adjustment clasp gets you an exact fit vs the old bracelet, which had very large full and half links, so getting a perfect fit was nigh impossible.
As others have said best is to try it on if you can and see if the feel is as "tiresome" as it's predecessor. In my case it was not.

I think that may have something more to do with the way it wears and lays on the wrist than the actual weight? I have had lighter watches that were cumbersome to wear... the new 43.5's wear great, very comfortable and the Micro Adjust clasp makes it even betta! :)

Agreed the 3313 POC is great for me. The 2nd gen I can't stand it stands way to tall. It's all in the height of the case.
