After years of searching I was lucky to find my perfect ploprof, 1 owner from new and used in the Norwegian Navy submarine and Diving service before being worn during a Comex experimental 320m dive, I will be restoring it to its original parts after service and obtaining its extract.

Any idea why there're no COMEX logo dial Omegas ?
Comex went with Rolex in their ‘partnership’ shall we call it so no Omega has the Comex logo dial, you can find several Omega variants which were Comex prototypes over the years though and feature Comex engraving and design modifications.

Congrats on a great timepiece! There's always so much respect for sellers who add all the extras to watch while selling.

Do you think the case has been replaced in service? It looks very clean. Is the mineral glass heavily scratched? I look forward to hearing more about the history of this watch.

Hi Tuffatore78,
Can I ask if you received the extract? Just for information, how do you know for sure that it is COMEX? I know that some prototypes have crowns and cases with small variations that are easily identifiable, but unlike Rolex, there is no certain documentation. I have seen watches accompanied by a COMEX letter for assignment to the diver or the test laboratory. But they are rare museum watches. Your answer and photos would help to fuel our passion. Thanks

Trust me, I have read several opinions on how a COMEX dial should be on the Seamaster600 and I would be curious to have a real one in a photo for reference. Thanks
