    Hello guys,

I might have the opportunity to get a Seamaster ref.166.073 at a good price.
The problem is that it is in poor shape and I wanted to know how hard and expensive it'll be to get it back to business.
Are the crown and crystal hard to get ?
In your opinions at what price would it be sensible to buy it ?

    Best regards

The crown and crystal shouldn't be that difficult to find even on the open market (much easier if your watchmaker has an Omega parts account).

    What is the asking price?

Actually it's an auction and it is pretty low for the moment.

The crown and crystal are the same as used on the 165.024 300 Seamaster if I remember correctly
