It's up again. Sent seller a "polite" message. We'll see what happens. Please report and get it pulled off eBay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-18K...402572?hash=item568f1fa28c:g:u4UAAOSwPCVX~kONPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Well, seller is honest! Took my comments constructively. See messages below: wwhntr: Looks like you're a reputable eBay seller with excellent feedback. I hope you take my comments constructively. The watch in this auction is not genuine Omega, but a knock off probably from the late '60s to mid '70s. It is not an Omega movement nor is any part of case solid gold. I've been collecting vintage wristwatches over 25 years. I'll be the first to admit I've not seen everything nor do I know everything, but am 99.9% sure the above is accurate. Potential buyer will be disappointed if they're expecting genuine Omega. Item should be removed since it is counterfeit. Just trying save you and buyer bad experience. Sincerely, uniformsoftheday Thank you! I amended the description. I took the brand name and gold out, and listed it as non authentic, for parts only. New message to: uniformsoftheday Thank you for taking my comments constructively! Again, was not trying to "police" eBay, just trying make it fun place to buy/sell. Regards,
Last night. Seller responded immediately and revised description accurately. Refreshing to see this type of response!
Except we exchanged emails last Sunday and nothing was done. Even after I provided a full list of the issues.
3600 positives and still sells fakes. http://www.ebay.com/itm/152290328178?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:ITPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
"It has a new battery and is running perfect and looks great." Interesting that it needs a battery with Automatic printed on the dial.
I want to know what this is. http://www.ebay.com/itm/112175899177?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:ITPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
It's an extremely rare Dark Side of the Moon. Can't you read? If this guy even bothered to look at the link he provided, he'd see what he has isn't that. Did his wife buy it new? If so, I bet he still has the box and papers [sarcasm/]. Also, is Swiss Made on the dial twice?
It clearly states it is OMECA DE VILLE with Japanese movement on the case back. So wrong, but gave me a good laugh.

I got an offer to buy this one but the dial looks dodgy for me. Any experts? It's through internet, so couldn't check the caliber inside
