Thank you!!! Perhaps the well-versed case specialists here can pick it out. Again, this is a classic film and I wish you all the best enjoyment watching it!
I know this isn't prominently figured, but I was Watching Jaws last night, and i noticed what looks to be the Omega Logo on the Interviewer's Watch Bracelet! And I'll add Hooper's Alsta Nautoscaph as well.
Okay, so I tried finding a thread about watches in films here, but even though my example here isn't featured prominently, I think it is worth a mention: Kickboxer from 1989, Omega Seamaster 300 165.024 or 166.024 on the wrist of "Winston Taylor".
I Am Legend (Will Smith). Hamilton Khaki X-Wind Automatic & Victorinox Chronograph ST 4000 Will Smith's character uses the watches to ensure he is never caught out after sunset when the Darkseekers/Vampires emerge. Pretty critical to the movie I'd say
... and the bright red strap makes camo kind of pointless! You'd think he knows how to play soldier better than this after all his movies.
In "Easy Rider" a watch figures prominently as a symbol of freedom (freedom from responsibility) after they stash their cash from the drug deal. Peter, very pointedly, removes his watch and flings it to the ground. The camera pans to the watch in the sand, a symbol of work and schedules, as they ride off to their adventure.
The Sands of Iwo Jima...snapped this just a moment ago. When the woman is out of town, I get to indulge in all the classics
Watched an old rerun of Nash Bridges. Look at what Don Johnson was wearing: Looks like one of these: Bulova Spaceview! gatorcpa
