Please help--Omega Seamaster Professional: real or fake?

I found an 'Omega Seamaster Professional' with orange leather band at a consignment store, and am trying to verify authenticity. There are absolutely no serial numbers or numbers of any kind that I can find on the exterior or inside the watch (please see attached photos).
Is this a fake? If so, any ideas on quality and value? The store is asking $1500. Is this Omega, a lesser knockoff of some value, or junk?
I am completely new to Omega watches, and appreciate whatever education and opinions anyone is willing to share.
Thanks!
Chris

Thank you for your response! It is much appreciated!
I kinda suspected that :~(
Fortunately, the proprietor of the consignment store is a friend and allowed me to take the watch overnight to examine.
Is there any value to this item as a fake, sold as a fake?
Thanks again for the welcome!
Chris

I’m afraid selling it may violate copyright laws... so $0

Probably worthless even aside from being fake. Typical layout for a VERY cheap fake, where it's a DG28XX style movement (likely offbrand from the main chinese ones) with pushers that actuate the front sub dials. (normally one will be a 24 hour display, one will be "days of the week" (i.e. 7 increments) and one will be months (12 increments) or date (30 increments). You can always spot these because the effort stopped at having roughly the correct number of subdials and buttons, but because the dial is meant to be a copy of the original watches layout the dials can't even be used as intended by the movement or the layout.

I see. Thanks so much for the info. I will pass that along to my store owner friend.

A hammer and a nail would prevent anyone else from making the same mistake.

Just saying...

All right, a drill press with appropriate drill bits.

I'm sure my store owner friend will tell the seller to come pick up his watch.
She told me she felt like he was a little sketchy from the start.

I hope your friend has a record of exactly what they were given on consignment and that there's no confusion when the watch is returned to the consignee.

"Ah no way, that's not my watch!" etc etc.

Oh, and another vote for a complete fake.

I don't know where you're located but it's against the law to sell or buy counterfeit/replica/fake goods.
