The dial pictures aren't great, but I see a few things that make me suspicious. One rule that I was taught here: IF you see a vintage black-dial Seamaster: assume it is a redial, because it almost definitely is.

I was about to post this as until you are an expert it will do you more good than harm to follow this principle. One thing I will say about that, the applied logo is either twisted or out of line with the text. So far so bad...

I agree, these photos aren't going to get that watch sold. Almost as bad as the overexposed ones you find on Ebay where most of the details are obscured by blinding white studio light.

The photos are too poor quality to make a determination. With any vintage black dial you’ll at least need quality photos, otherwise assume it’s a redial.

Sadly, as @myouss points out, with any black dial it's safest to assume it's a re-dial. But when the seller can't provide decent photos, your Spidey senses should really be tingling. It's harder to take an out-of-focus photo than it is to take an in-focus photo these days, so you always have to wonder why blurry, essentially useless photos are provided.

Oh, it's in a box that says "Omega" on it. That changes everything! Must be 100% original!

The photos are very poor, but the text pops in gold and may be a original gilt dial. The rest of watch looks original although I cannot read the cal or SN. Should be 286, poss 267 movement.
If I could see it in person I would try as it may be a gem.
What is asking price?

Last digit looks like a 7 to me in the photo. Other digits are consistent with 267 at least.

That said, spending $650 on a pig in a poke here ....

The pics are appalling but if I had to say either way, I’d say it’s likely an original dial, although some of the minute hashes give me pause.

I certainly wouldn’t pay decent money based on those photos.
