Please Help Identify!

I’ve inherited an old Omega from my grandfather that was purchased in the early ‘70s (maybe 1972). I’m hoping to purchase an original or replacement Omega band and received some conflicting model numbers when running a reverse image search. Please help, any info on the model or where to get a band would be appreciated! Thanks!

Nice looking watch take to watchmaker and have it opened the reference number is on inside Caseback and movement # and serial number on movement
Nice heirloom.

Really nothing special about an Omega strap, it would have originally come with a simple leather strap. Just find a nice leather strap you like.

Add a vintage Omega buckle if you like, but beware, there are lots of fake ones out there.

Looks like a reference 166.0140.
