Please help identify American vintage Omega Chronometre

I inherited this Omega Chronometre from my American Stepfather. He was a Captain in the US Army. The watch had been in his safe for a while. I never saw him wear it in 17 years.
I had it serviced last May with a new crystal and RG balance, It runs ok.

This is an Omega 2364 probably produced around 1946, it is very similar to the one in my display pic however yours is the sub second version with the seconds within the dial at 6 oclock rather than centre seconds. Unfortunately the watch you have here has a refinished dial, but nonetheless I am sure you will get a lot of joy from wearing it. Your one originally would have looked like this:

Thank you for the information. I'm a speedie fan, so will probably just hold on to the watch for my kids.
