Please help identify possibly early Speedmaster hands

Hi everyone, so I was going through an old Omega parts box which I inherited from my grandfather and I thought they could be early Speedmaster sweep seconds hands but I’m not sure. I did my best to get accurate measurements of the lengths. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
