Please help-Heuer dial opinion

Hi friends,i want to buy a vintage Heuer dial,for Heuer caliber Landeron 13 ,around 40’s.
I need some help and opinions about the dial,if is original or repainted.
Dial is marked “Made in Switzerland” under 6 o clock

Black dial looks odd not to have the 3 min markers on the sub register, and lume looks very white.

Printing on the black dial looks extremely fuzzy unless the picture is bad.
