I just won this Omega Seamaster in auction for a rather low price and was hoping to see if it was a fake. Thanks in advance for any help, very very new to the Omega world!

I have no movement shots and an incredibly blurry caseback. It was EXTREMELY cheap so I figured why not risk it

It looks legit. The crystal appears like it has a rather high dome in one of the photos so that may be aftermarket. Post some clear photos when it arrives. If it was Extremely cheap then you may have done well.

Awesome! My first Omega, thought I'd start used and then go new. I will update this post with pictures and info after I take it to my jeweler. Was about $100

Good price and yes looks 100% authentic but i remember that i seen thread in the past with some watches which looks so good on outside and inside was some quartz..😀..but as i said i don't think it is that case.

Thanks everyone for the comments. Makes me feel better about the decision. The seller said he doesn't know/like watches and received it as a gift. Will keep you posted but any other opinions are always welcome 😀

Here are some more photos. The watch is off by hours every day so I will be getting it serviced. Unfortunately, I do not have special tools to open the case.

Happy to say that an Omega certified jeweler inspected it inside and out. It is real, with all matching numbers. Does need a good service though

That's good to hear. The 600 is a very elegant dress watch (although seamasters could be seen as utility watches) and a great startup into omega. So welcome to the family. Stick around, maybe this is just the start of a new hobby! Enjoy!
