Help determine a model and year/decade please

·I can just make out a T2 under the balance. So that is a start. There may be other number what can not be made out. There are SN charts what can aproximate the decade or even the year the movement was made. The case reference is in the back.

Congratulations on your find, you will find the reference on the inside. It is reference 2324 and you can determine the approximate age of the watch from the movement number. I can't see it well in the photo, but if it starts with 10290..., the watch dates from around 1944.
I'm not very familiar with these models, so why don't you take better pictures and the experts will give you an assessment.

·Thanks for answers guys, so it's from the 40's - I'm surprised. Movement number I believe is 1029031. Can't do a better photo right now sorry, already dropped it of at the shop to get it serviced.

·The case is also very bad. If it's running, maybe you can just wear it as-is.

·Oh it runs fine, shop said it's dry so for a daily wearer is better to get it lubed and adjusted. Case have a some dinks and scratches but nothing major. As for dial I really don't care that much about ham-fisted refinish. Watch looks cool on my wrist. Thanks for your time guys.
