Hello, I am new to this but you seem to be a very knowledgable forum.
I have a platinum (strap I guess) blue faced ladies De Ville with faceted glass. My Dad bought it for my Mom’s birthday in 1977. I have the original box, instructions and international guarantee which is dated.
I have tried to google the watch but cannot seem to find anything similar, has anyone come across this model before and as it appear to be rare does that then make it quite valuable?
Any advice or help would be appreciated.

As the watch does have a solid brand name and style a bit dated. It still has value. Lot of female buyers will look at dainty models with diamonds to use more for jewelry than a watch.

This one is still worth maybe 20% over metal weight as it's still functional and still has the original crown

You can only find a watch if someone with the same watch posted an image online. There could be 1000's out there, but none posted the watch up. You won't find a image.

Is there a reference number in any of the documentation? If not. Get a watch maker to remove the back and check for the number. Can then use this in a search to find something if out there
