Planet Ocean 39.5 Blue bezel in UK

Hi all, friend of my has just left the military after 28 years and is buying an Omega to mark the occasion.
I’ve lent him a 57 and a manual speedy to try but has had his eyes turned with the 39.5 PO blue ceramic on bracelet 215.30.40.20.03.001
Went to Burrells in Winchester at weekend and not 1% of discount nor a NATO to sweeten the deal.
I would expect a watch that sits not in the top 4/5 Omegas regards sales numbers would be available for a discount. Does anyone know a bricks and mortar shop in the UK willing to offer a discount?
I can get online 15% and buy used for £4150 but he would like to walk-in and enjoy the purchase.

Play the waiting game... the economy is tanking and the watch market is a busted flush: you can ignore what all the slimy self important self declared YouTube watch experts say about the market downturn - it is falling and it has a way to go - transaction volumes are down so sooner or later stock dumping will happen and prices will soften (asking prices on places like Chron24 do not reflect transaction volumes)...
