Really pleased with the watch
Annoyingly the guarantee booklet was never filled in but do have original invoice(see pics)
Also there are 2 service invoices but neither has the serial number on them lol!
I've emailed the service company to see if they have it on their system.
From what I can decipher it was purchased 18th July 1980 Hotel Metropol Berlin.
Confused as the white sticker on the invoice says "145.0022" but I thought they didn't come out till 1981
I'm guessing the "545-" means 545 Deutschmarks
The seller was the grandson of the original owner.
Ive given it a good Polywatch so my right arm is aching now 馃榾
Also taken out two links
I've sourced a period box and document wallet off EBay to complete the set.
Comments welcome

Congrats on the watch.
However, it is a bit strange as the guarantee, doesn't look as if it fits.
It is issued in the GDR and belongs to VEB Glash眉tte (Lange & S枚hne, Glash眉tte, etc...)
Hotel Metropol was a hotel in the GDR, so I think these papers belong to another watch.
The other two receipts are of services to the watch (drying watch, overhaul, polish of crystal etc...

Interestingly ve noticed the buyers name on the alledged original invoice is Schiwerk which is also on the orange service invoice.
Maybe the hotel had a boutique. It was 5 star
If you google that street in Berlin there are upscale watch shops.

it would be interesting to see the the movement and caseback as they might be later papers. Ordering an extract would be recommended
