Unlike Omega watches, for Canadian art such as the etching you posted, you'll generally be much better off selling in Canada, where interest and demand likely will be much higher than anywhere else. For example, I'm sure the Toronto-based auction house that sold an example of that etching in 2018 would be delighted to sell yours too. You would net the hammer price less 18 percent, while the winner bidder pays the hammer price plus 18 percent. That may seem like a large commission, but art collectors rightly or wrongly look to the major auction houses and dealers for provenance and authenticity that ebay and etsy and the internet in general don't give them. The watch experts here can look at some good photos and usually figure out market value very accurately. Art often needs to be inspected in person.

Very nice. No doubt you didn't need me to advise you that artists are at a major disadvantage these days in having to do business online. I hope your dealer reopens soon, or you are able to latch on with another.

I came on here with my dad's watch and found out it had been redialed. All that means is it's not a watch that out collector would fancy to put in his collection. It's still a very beautiful watch and it was your father's the way he wore it so I wouldn't worry too much about the fact that it's been re dialled.

Now that it serviced, enjoy it and I wish you the best of health wearing it.
