Similar pattern. This one has no radium.

I think this effect is caused by UV degradation of the natural lacquer used on these dials. The hours ring is not supposed to be colored like that.

Mine says hi. Not quite the same, but radium dial/hands and at the edge of the dial a similar pattern, if one looks closely. Interestingly, the closer it gets to the center of the dial, it starts to become more even.
