Currently enjoying my 1861 a lot and am wondering if anyone knows the parts needed to convert to a sapphire display back.

Obviously I need the sapphire back but I’ve heard I need a spacer too? Anyone know if this is just something I can get from the OB?

OBs cannot order these parts for you. You can however, find a watchmaker who has access to the Omega parts catalog.

Is the spacer a standard part that goes into the sapphire sandwich?

I am also interested in this.

I believe the movement in the Sapphire model is called the 1863 which features: "Côtes de Genève, and polished edges on levers and bridges. Additionally, the Caliber 1863 is equipped with a metal chronograph brake while the Caliber 1861 is fitted with a Delrin (a plastic polymer material) chronograph brake". I think it would be good to replace the plastic part. And yes, there is I believe a spacer.

Does anyone know the part numbers?
