I lost the Black Bezel Chronometer Ring [Omega part no. 082ST0015 (X22317)] for the above subject watch. I was able to buy a new Bezel for it from Cousin's UK, of course a month or so later my Wife found the old one under our bed. (Lol) The problem I have now is that we never found the the retaining spring for it to attach the bezel to the case. My watchmaker and I have both been looking for one for about five months with no luck. Does anyone out there know where I might be able to find one. Please. I love this watch.

Normally a new bezel will include a new retaining spring. If you fitted the new bezel to the watch, you have a spring inside that bezel. If your desire is to put the old bezel back on, then remove the new bezel, remove the spring from it, install it in the old bezel, and install the old bezel on the case.

The bezel retaining spring (not to be confused with the click spring if equipped) is s simple piece of round wire, so it's something I have even made in the past when needed.

The bezel spring is part 085ST0017, so this may help if you want to look for one. Omega still sells them - a whopping $3...
