Omega Seamaster Cosmic 2000 ref. 366.0830/166.160

Hi,
I spotted this rare Cosmic 2000 with the small bezel and silver dial.
Do you think it's genuine?
The dial looks a bit weird to me but I have seen a few other watches with the same "illuminating spots".
I am a bit concerned about the fluorescent paint on the top of the bezel, its looks very new. The other thing I discovered is the new looking case back compared to the back side of the lugs (they are a bit tarnished).
What do you think about this watch?
Do you think the case could have been refinished?
I have seen several of these watches are sold for about 1500$ - 2200$. Do you think it's worth the money?

The watch looks legit.

I can't tell if there are spots on the dial or if it's just dust on the crystal? Did you see the defect on the dial between 12 and 1 o'clock?

The back of the case has been rebrushed ("refinished") in a non-professional way.

The case itself and also the bracelet look substantially good IMO.

If you're considering to buy this watch, make sure to get some more information about the inside.

The dial is fine. I believe the bezel is also ok. I can't comment on the case finish but a Google image search should tell what you need to know. It will be difficult to get information about the movement as this model requires a special tool to open the case.
