Two pairs of 1960s Japanese world time watches. You wait and wait, and then they arrive in bunches ... like busses.
Two 1018s, one with a silver dial which has turned whitish and one with a NOS dial (thanks @Tony C.) and hands.
A pair of Louis Brandt, grade CCR, 19-jewel railroad chronometers, railroad approved in Canada. One is a private label for the early 20th century jeweller A Logan, in Greenwood, British Columbia, located about 8 miles north of the Washington border, and in the early 20th century, a major centre for copper mining. The other, the same model, dial marked Louis Brandt et freres (why did spell correct spell it ferrets ?). Louis Brandt founded the company that became the Omega Watch Co.
Can't believe I missed this thread. I have owned these for 7+ years. My second Omega that I purchased was the steel Ploprof. Loved it so much I bought the vintage a year or so later.
1/2 of a pair Just bought this last week and so now the hunt is on for a matching male watch. Its in a condition that I would describe as indistinguishable from new. I have recently seen the male equivalent on eBay but I might hold off till a better example pops up. They will make a great matching pair for my wife and me to wear.
Finally got this strap on my black dial Lemania 3000, pairing it nicely IMO with my previous one I have to improve those picture skill or maybe just stop doing this with my phone
A hobnail 2577 pair I’m quite fond of: One is gold-capped, one is solid gold, the latter I got yesterday from a very kind OF user. I’m questioning my own sanity for considering keeping both, though.
