this is absolutely insane. I can't believe this is a 125 case that's been grinded so deep. it MUST be something else... just cannot be otherwise! 😲

TBH if the seller would offer this for like ..say..300-500 € I'd be tempted to buy it .. it's so bad it's almost interesting again. For sure a great conversation starter at every g2g 🤪 ::psy::.

The nice thing is the movement/inner case can be removed and put into a new outer case, so all is not lost.

There’s a butcherer of Grand Seikos on eBay who is at least kind enough to use the word ‘overhaul’ in the title so you don’t have to click and get completely angry.

Can we change the ‘like’ button in this thread to ‘dislike’?

I think this one takes the crown for me so far .... this used to be a Speedmaster 125... seller is asking 1.9k€ btw 🤨.

My god, this is like, the national geographic channel of the overpolished species. "Here we see the overpolished 125 in its natural habitat, on ebayland...he is the top predator of the polished chain...."

well, the thing is, the one I have in mind won't top speedmaster88's fan for sure as the latter purely obliterated ANY competition, but it's a pretty good one as a thread starter...

I feel nervous pointing it out, though... very very rude. And, again, it's priced about accordingly... I just can't do that. What I can say though, is that it is a non moonwatch speedy... that should already help the savvy reader find it...

(I am going to regret this at some point, I can see this coming...)
