Omega Seamaster with unusual dial - original?

Hello,

I saw the following watch on a local sales platform. Before I request more pictures / info I am interested in your opinion about the dial - did it exist like this? I have already researched but have not found a comparable dial.

Yeah, ok - you guys are right. With a green dial, I also assume a restored dial. With this particular structure, I was not sure... :whipped:
