Opinions please, Seamaster 120 lady

Hi,
This I am told is a Seamaster 120 32mm with a manual cal 625.
I can't find a similar 2 hand 120 anywhere.
Is this a Frankenwatch?

Ref 535.007 should have a caliber 630 movement which has second hand.

OPs watch is a complete mess, the caliber 625 is completely incorrect for this reference, or any ladies SM 120.
