Price is always part of the evaluation process. Is the price $1000 US or $20,000 US? What are the first two numbers of the serial numbers? I can't quite make it out. I am far from an expert and the more learned will arrive shortly, my thoughts are, the watch has seen a service that included new hands and a case refinishing. Possibly the wrong crystal/rehaut? shouldn't the rehaut be chrome/silver? IDK with any certainty.

I think the rehaut/tension ring should be black for this model.
