Looks like those may be MK2 hands or something as they look too short. And the hour chrono hand does not re-set to 12.
Got any better pictures? Those aren't the best quality...

·Hour and minute hands are not the correct parts for this watch. Chrono hand looks to be a service, superluminova. Service crown. Service pushers. Polished case. Chrono creep.
Still, depending on the price it can be a good buy IMO.
