Someone mentioned $600.00! Miyota? Hard to rationalize a garden variety Japanese movement in an Asian (Chinese?) case and bracelet (Chinese?), selling for that kind of money! Especially when taking into account other more familiar Japanese brands.

I've been following these guys... I'll be honest I thought about pulling the trigger at the pre-order price which was alot lower, but they axed the dial/hands combo I wanted...

They look pretty good in hand.

So to recap the review in that ABTW article these have:
316L steel bracelet and case with solid end links, stamped clasp and micro adjustment, double domed sapphire AR coated crystal, very nice lume (including the crown which is different) and decent automatic Miyota 9015 movement. Combined that with the multiple dial and date/no date combos It seems like a decent value to me? Maybe a bit high but considering you're likely to be one of only a handful of owners of a individual combo then it makes me seriously consider it.

For that price you would do better with a Magrette. Better build quality. A few members here have had them, someone picked one up not long ago.

So the Lew & Heuy brand was started by one of the forum members over on WUS - Docvail. I used to be active over in their Affordables forum most of the time, and that is where he posts frequently as well. If they are your thing design wise, I've only heard good things about them. There are other microbrands whom I like better design wise though - but that's a personal thing.
