Opinion regarding price for Universal Geneve Aero Compax

Hi

I am interested in purchasing an Aero-Compax and the problem is that I am not very familiar with the prices for this model. So could you please let me know how much money will worth this watch. Sorry for the pictures qualities but I just copy them from the ad of a seller from my country.

To the watch: At least relumed. Hour hand is bent. Dial is very worn.
I am not into the Aero Compax models, so no price assessment.
But: Do you find the watch attractive and are you willing to pay 3600 GBP for it?

Thank you for your answers. I am from Romania and the seller ask about 3500 Euro. So if this is a 'parts watch' I will look for others.
