Opinion on this Cushion case?

Any opinions o this cushion case? Movement serial dates it to 1923, hands and dial still have radium on them... The dial is still in one piece but I didn't want to ask the seller to take the watch apart.

What puzzles me is the logo Omega WatchCo Swiss, I've found examples with the Watchco and Omega WatchCo etc but not on exactly that place... So I'd want to hear your opinions if all is fine with this example?

Is that silver that tarnished to a yellowish tint or is it the nickel version that lost all of the plating? I'm guessing sterling as the back is not pitted from wear? Am i right?

Seller insists that this is sterling silver and that there is writing on the case back. I'm guessing this was nickel plated then?

It appears to me to be a brass nickel plated case.
