opinion about Datejust Buckley Dial for sale

Hi Folks. The Datejust reference 16000 with Buckley Dial is for sale on WatchUSeek:

There are a few more pictures on the for sale site, but not the movement or inside caseback.

Any thoughts about correctness? My few minutes of research indicate Buckley dials sell for about the same as regular Datejusts so price is a pretty fair deal now?

Ambitious price for a SS DJ with no bracelet. It seems to me that 160XX DJs sell for ~$3k between collectors ... with a bracelet. I see it has the original papers, which adds some value, but the lugs have been polished down very thin (really obvious from the back). The seller thinks that he can ask for a high price because he was stupid enough to buy it from Hodinkee.
