I have similar wrist size like you (6.2 inches) and have tried all 3 in person.
Of those 3, i’d choose the Globemaster (on the blue dial) for its tungsten bezel and pie pan dial.
And yes, the GM flat lug really does make it flare out and look larger than its 47mm lug to lug.
Of the 2 Aqua terra, i think the 38mm one looks much better proportioned on your wrist than the 41mm.
