For sale is my Omega Globemaster ref. 130.33.39.21.03.001, available as a full set.
Willing to trade (+pay) for Speedmaster Professional 311.30.42.30.99.002 (Apollo 17 40th Anniversary silver dial)

I purchased the watch as new in November 2023 in Switzerland and can include the original receipt (if desired). Unfortunately for my collection, the “Globie” simply hasn’t received enough wrist time, having only been worn a handful of times. As a result, it remains in near-mint condition. I found only one small scratch on the top right lug that is visible only in certain conditions and under harsh light, otherwise stays invisible due to the brushed surface in most light situations. I know it is there but cannot be easily photographed as it appears only at a certain angle; the condition of the watch is documented in the photos.

More photos are posted here: https://omegaforums.net/threads/show-us-your-globemaster.151865/page-2

In my own measurements and from my own wearing habit, the watch has been running at an average of approximately +6 to +7 seconds per day. It has never been serviced and remains covered by Omega’s warranty until November 2028.

The serial numbers have been obscured in the photos for security reasons. They are, of course, present on both the case and movement bridge and correspond with the supplied Omega cards. The METAS certificate can be downloaded with the provided card.

Any small particles visible in the photos are simply dust. Getting a watch completely dust-free for macro photography is virtually impossible, though I tried my best.

Watch condition

39 mm × 12.6 mm stainless-steel case with 20 mm lug width.

The case remains completely unpolished and is in excellent original condition. Apart from the single reported scratch I haven’t found any other visible to the naked eye. The watch was sporadically worn, but worn nonetheless, I guess you can find microscratches if you search long enough and use a magnifying loupe.

The bezel is flawless, obviously, it is from tungsten carbine, which makes it nearly impossible to scratch. The crown operates smoothly and has a nicely defined feel when winding and setting the watch.

Water resistance is rated to 10 bar / 100 metres, but as any reasonable person would do, I would suggest a yearly check of the water resistance in the OB in case you want to use the watch for swimming.

Crystal: domed, box-style sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment. Naturally, it is free of scratches.

Dial: Slightly domed blue pie-pan dial. The shade changes quite noticeably depending on the lighting, ranging from relatively subdued to a much richer blue.

The rhodium-plated hands and applied hour markers are lumed and glow strongly in the dark.

Movement: Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8900: automatic winding, 3.5 Hz frequency, approximately 60 hours of power reserve, hacking seconds and date display.

What is included in the sale
  • Original Omega glossy navy blue Alligator leather strap, unworn, with Omega deployant clasp
  • Staib Milanese bracelet - worn and carries desk-scratches on the clasp, mainly due to a lack of taper, which makes the clasp rather wide and prone to scratches.
  • International Omega warranty card
  • Master Chronometer certificate, including access to the watch’s individual METAS test results
  • Pictograms card
  • Original Omega wooden presentation box
  • Manual

Collection / Shipping
A face-to-face transaction in Switzerland would be my preference - it’s always nice to meet another watch enthusiast. Willing to ship in Europe. Rest of the world is open to discussion.
Price: 4000 CHF by Wise to my bank account, alternatively equivalent amount in BTC.

Shipping, insurance, customs, and other fees to be paid by buyer.

No returns, sorry, ask questions first. You will get what is shown in the pictures, which are good enough quality to make a qualified decision. I can make more if needed.

I am a private person that just decided to focus on collecting Speedies, so the Globie has to go to make space. Pun intended.
