I would love to add the 1665 Great White or an A386 to the collection. I know, not so original, but they have been on my shortlist for several years. I'm very picky.

Also, during 2016, I will continue to try to pick up all sock-drawer 60ies Speedies that comes my way in my home yard. 4 in 2015. Will be very satisfied if I can repeat that in 2016

I hope to add a 2179 and a trench watch next year, I have a few others on the list but funding hasn't been arranged.
I'm going to do my best to actually buy a watch next year. Radical I know, but in late 2014 and 2015 I had seven watches serviced (gave one to a buddy), bought a few very expensive books, and in general got interested again in all this nonsense. So while I didn't buy, lots of money went to the cause.

We'll see. My short list is quite short and rather specific; too few pop up to choose from and when one does, it can be gone in seconds, as did happen this year.

Cheers and happy new year!

Been doing this for three years and could have written your post word for word, imagine what it will cost when we actually buy watches!!

This is my wish for 2016: a white/silver Polerouter/Polerouter Date:

You and me both. I'd also go for a black dial in a heartbeat.

I really want a Glashutte Original Sport GMT on a bracelet.

I'm going to go from 15+ watches to 6-8 grail watches.

Gemini 4
Ploprof 600
Ploprof 1200
Ed White
Skyfall
Apollo 35th
?
?

Nice. Smart to slim down and expand like this. Of course I've tried that and failed so just expanding ... 😉

My 2016 Watch collecting wishes are simple:
1. trim my collection down
2. find a Polerouter De Luxe, hopefully at a decent price (this lovely one from @styggpyggeno1 remains my reference 'gold standard' 🥰)
3. play around with straps for my PAM338
4. resist the siren call of the Reverso Tribute Duo
5. Exercise more self-restraint (which may be incompatible with #2 and #3)

Hey, all 5 sound doable... 😁

Last year I used the OFs random PM enabler tool and it worked a treat,
(you don't know what your buying until you get a PM) 😉

Zenith el primero tri color.

Maybe a speedy mk 2, one of the originals, not the reissue.

I could be talked into an iwc 8 day hand wind.

That's about it!
