·I just noticed that it looks like the hands are polished rather than the standard white. I guess that makes sense for the overall aesthetic. The older I get, the less I find reflective hands legible. </inner monologue>

·I've used the same modern crown on both 105.012 and 145.022 so I'd imagine it would fit, but most LE specific parts are restricted to prevent the creation of additional unauthorised LE's like the Alaska Project LE hands for example. There are a few other reverse pandas though in other colours like the Gemini 4 and the 1980s Italian LE with gold subdials on a black dial.
Yeah the Gemini 4 is the obvious one, as wel as the Speedyorite, but given Omegas overuse of limited editions, I'm surprised it's taken so long to see a black and white reverse panda. Looks like a perfect match.
