While it is definitely unfortunate about the British pound, I am just trying to level the playing field. In my opinion, pricing in one country shouldn't have to make up for pricing in another country (excluding import duties). It should be the same price for the same product. Despite this, I am beyond excited to see this watch in person and am buying in my region and currency.
Just wait another year, till England ist out of the Eu, add 30% customs for an Omega not being an english product, and the next limited Speedmaster will have the same price in England as in the EU... :-D
Maybe in five more years, all englishmen will travel to a scottish Omega Boutique, and afterwards will swim back, just to get the good price馃榾
So i don't begrunge this last gift to England...

I imagine that when Omega fixed the pricing structure the prices were all equivalent. Obviously the currencies have drifted since, but I think it's to Omega's credit that they have maintained their promised pricing rather than penalise customers.
Here in Indonesia the Omega site says IDR 82,500,000, around USD 6190.
So I did get a price back from Omega in Asia. It will cost 47800 HKD. So about 6135 usd.
Here in Manila it is around 297,000Pesos, about 5,970USD.
