路There is a price "adjustment" coming (in the UK) on 6th March but the OB manager I've just spoken to cannot confirm the ST will be going up as it is being sold direct and not through the dealer network.

I asked them if I am right about differend pricing and on picture is email I got 4 days ago.
So there is easy solution for me. Will exchange eur to GBP fast, while GBP is still "low".
When watch arrive I will go with my better half to London and we will have nice short holidays, paid by brexit 馃榿

Just got mail about my reservation and was asked where will I make pick up, becouse I did not choose butique from list.
I send reply back about differend pricing in UK and rest of EU. 4,1k GBP (4,8k eur) VS. 5,4k eur
I asked if I can get more details about this "issue" and will see what will they answer me.

Exactly the same with me. I was able to arrange pickup in London and they said the price is fixed at 4100GBP when picked up in Britain.
The only remaining question is: exchange funds now or wait and hope for an even weaker pound?

路I will probably use this B&S strap. It looks similar to the leather strap provided by Omega but I love the leather and the look of B&S straps.

路Wow. I'm wondering if it's worth it to change pickup from USA to London. Does the U.K. Price include VAT? Anyone have an idea of customs charges coming back to the USA?

Yes VAT is included in all UK retail displayed pricing by law. Duty on importing watches into the US is around 5% so not too bad. You may even be able to claim the VAT back if exporting out of the EU and save a good few quid that way but you would need to check with the dealer and they understandably may not wish to play ball since you are in effect arbitraging the UK and USA markets and you would need their help for the reclaim. Worth looking into it though maybe.

Thanks. Could an omega boutique really decline to provide/complete VAT refund forms? I would think that many tourists buy overseas on holiday and this would be common practice. I've never gone through this process though...
