At this point RJ has said in the other thread it is close to sold out, there may well me a batch of additional ones free up 24+ hours after the initial release was made as the people who failed to confirm by email will lose their place so I'd try that and if you don't get one out of that when payment is due some more will likely free up.

Not to nitpick, but it sure would've been nice if allocations were throttled to account for a majority of timezone ranges. Perhaps they were, and I'm just sad that I missed out on such an awesome piece. But it did feel like Europe / Asia / US East Coast (barely since the announcement was 6am Eastern) got to grab them all.
USA Midwest had plenty of time too.
