Hi everyone, I've encountered a problem. I wore the watch very carefully, and then I noticed the chronograph reset button was missing. The service center won't quote a repair cost. Can anyone estimate how much it will cost? The watch hasn't been dropped or hit.

It'd be nice to know what watch you have exactly. Might be a Moonwatch? Maybe 310.30.42.50.01.001 so 086STZ013181?

Parts are not regularly available unless you are certified by Omega and have a parts account.

They wont quote a price because they don't know what else might be wrong with the watch.

If you're thinking of trying yourself, you should research what it takes to do it yourself.

Or can someone tell me the part number?
Hi, yep this is 310.30.42.50.01.001 . I would like to at least find out how much it costs. I currently have the opportunity to physically take the watch to a service center, but I can’t do it by mail delivery.

Part number is 086STZ013181.

The part itself is not terribly expensive - about 65,000 Iraqi dinar just for reference.

The thing is a service center is not going to just replace the pusher. They will most likely require a full service.
