There’s a 145.012.68SP for sale near me. No bracelet and needs a new bezel but otherwise seems pretty good. They’ll back it with a 1 year in-house warranty. They’re asking $7900.

So by the time you find a DON bezel you are in for over $11k? Not exactly a cheap option IMO.

True. I have no vested interest in it but if I was buying it I’d ask for 10% off and wait for a $2000 DON. It’s easier to find DON bezels vs jacked up 321 movement parts. I am happy with my 3590.50 but I can understand the allure of more rare Speedmasters

It's short.
The originals (whether be a tear drop or arrow type) reach all the way to the seconds track markers.
