Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch 145.022-74

Hi guys, I’m not sure with the dial of this speedmaster. It’s a 145.022-74. In the book Moonwatch Only, this dial is associated to the speedmaster of the years 89,90,91; but on the Chuck Maddox forum it’s associated to the speedmaster of the 70’s. I find online only two cases in which this reference had this dial with this long and closed S. Could you help me? This is correct or replaced in second time? The tritum is aged in same way as the hands so it seems possible that is the right dial.
