·Nov 2017: Putting this back up out there to test the market. Condition of the watch has not changed since first put up last January.
For sale is my Omega Speedmaster Professional Apollo 11 45th Anniversary Limited Edition. Not a mark on it, the original strap only has a few small bends where it curves around the spring bars and the buckle. I'm including the leather NATO strap in the photos, the color and the PVD hardware match the watch nicely.
The case, caseback, crown, pushers, strap buckle and even springbars are titanium. Wearing the watch is very light.
The bezel is Omega's proprietary Sedna rose gold, as are the hands and hour markers.
The dial is PVD and the crystal is sapphire.
The original strap is waxed canvas with a leather lining.
In different lighting situations, the watch can turn from black, to brown, to green, to purple - it's really a fun watch to wear.
Comes with all accessories as originally sold: Inner / outer box, instruction booklet, warranty card, LE pictogram card, customer service contact info booklet, leather card wallet, and numbered LE certificate.
I have not opened the caseback to photograph the movement as this is a new watch and it keeps excellent time, chronograph functions work exactly as they should. The two-year warranty has expired, but I'd still rather not be the one to open it. However, if a prospective buyer insists, I'm happy to find an Omega AD in my area and have them open it up to send photos!
The market for these seems to be between 9-10k for new ones, so I am asking $8200 for the whole package, shipped to you. At this level, I prefer bank wire as PayPal fees will be quite high, but I'm willing to work with you. I am located in the San Francisco Bay Area and can deliver the watch in-person if preferred.
I will accept a return for a full refund within 3 days of receipt, less shipping charges.
I am a private collector of watches and not a dealer, please note that the photographs are part of the description.
